You will have
- Certificate III Ageing, Certificate IV Nursing, Ageing/Aged Care or Disability (Registered or Enrolled Nurse highly desirable)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge and experience working with people who are ageing from an enablement, restorative and wellbeing perspective
- Understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal orientated care plans
- Computer and technology skills to enable use of contemporary systems
- Skilled to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders.
